Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance. We can provide proof of insurance if needed to any client. If you have any questions on your venue’s restrictions, we would love to reach out to them.

How far out do I have to book the event?
Depending on availability and the permit process, we can be booked as soon as three weeks in advance. Your date is not saved until we receive a signed contract and deposit.

What drinks do you serve?
Hand-crafted mocktails, wine, and beer, and depending on your venue custom cocktails. We serve wine, and beer in cans, or kegs, it is completely up to the client!

What is included in the $450 base cost?
Our packages include a customized bar, TIPS® certified bartenders, and all essential bar supplies. This covers beverage supplies, ice, plastic cups, straws, and napkins. Additionally, we provide General and Liquor Liability Insurance to ensure a worry-free experience.

What type of events do you service?
We cater to a wide range of events including weddings, corporate parties, private celebrations, festivals, and more. Our mobile bar services are versatile and customizable to suit any occasion.

Is alcohol included in all packages?
Due to New York State laws, all clients need to purchase the alcohol. We partner with multiple beer and wine distributors to make sure the options are endless. We are here to help with the purchase order, as well as provide pickup and delivery to event.

What are the space and power requirements for the mobile bar trailer?
To accommodate the trailer, we need a parking space that’s at least 15 ft by 10 ft, with easy access to drive in and out. A power outlet within 65 feet is ideal for setup. If that’s not available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

What are your payment and cancellation policies?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellation policies vary, so we advise reviewing our terms and conditions on the contract or contacting us directly for specific details.
