Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance. We can provide proof of insurance if needed to any client. If you have any questions on your venue’s restrictions, we would love to reach out to them. 

Is a permit required for every event?

Yes, according to the New York State Liquor Authority a One-Day Beer and Wine Permit is required. This authorizes the sale of wine, beer or cider at retail for consumption at a gathering for a period of 24 hours. All clients MUST apply for this permit 15 days before the event, but don't worry, The Clover Club with help with every step!

Is alcohol included in all packages?

Due to New York State laws, all clients need to purchase the alcohol. We partner with multiple beer and wine distributors to make sure the options are endless. We are here to help with the purchase order, as well as provide pickup and delivery to event.

What drinks do you serve?

Hand-crafted mocktails, wine, and beer, and depending on your venue hand-crafted cocktails. We serve wine and beer in bottles, cans, or kegs, it is completely up to the client!

Can you rent the trailer without the bartending service?

Yes! We do partner with small businesses to offer the the opportunity to utilize our trailer to sell their own products in locations they would not typically be able to. We will not, however, rent the mobile bar without at least ONE of our bartenders, and we MUST serve the alcohol since we are licensed retailers. ----- we do not have to serve, just be present

What type of events do you service?

We service all kinds of events! Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Corporate Parties, Bridal/Baby  Showers, Block Parties, Charity Events, Backyard BBQs, Graduation Parties, Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, and Festivals. You name, it we do it!

How large of a space do you need to accommodate the trailer?

The parking space needs to be at least 15 x 10, with the ability to drive in and out.

Do you need electricity?

Yes, a plug in would be ideal. It needs to be within 65ft of an outlet. If that is unavailable, we do offer the use of a generator for an extra cost.
